Back in the old days, before there was a World-Wide Web, your business needed to have an ad in the Yellow Pages™. If it did not, then it was arguably not a real business. Now, with so many people online, and so much searching being done there, your business or institution needs to be online, too... or else it is arguably not a real business. I'm not the only one who thinks the web has more than adequately antiquated that tattered, old book that used to sit by the rotary-dial phone. This guy agrees.
